As the new year begins, DIG will reach a milestone: serving our 1,000th family.

This achievement would not be possible without people like you, who believe everyone deserves a place to call home. You can help us bring stability, dignity, and warmth to households across Central Pennsylvania this holiday season and beyond.

Looking for more ways to give home for the holidays this year?

• Volunteer: Can you help us reach our 1,000-family-milestone before the new year? Consider organizing a Special Delivery Blitz with a group of friends, family, or co-workers!

• Host a Donation Drive: Consider collecting much-needed household items in lieu of - or in addition to! - holiday gifts this year. We’re always in need of Housewarming Basket supplies, small kitchen appliances and tools, and more. In addition, this winter we’re collecting $25 grocery gift cards to support our families impacted by the government shutdown and withheld funding from SNAP.

• Attend our 2nd Annual Merry + Bright Market: Visit DIG on Saturday, December 13, between 11 AM - 2 PM to shop a select inventory of artwork, home decor, holiday decor, and more! Enjoy refreshments, live music from Saxman Ravi, and an opportunity to spend time in community as we kick off the holiday season! 100% of sales will support DIG’s Home for the Holidays campaign.

  • NOTE: 10 AM - 11 AM shopping hours is reserved for DIG clients only; clients may shop throughout the entire event for free with proof of a DIG referral
